Children’s Literature Database A comprehensive, reliable children’s books resource that offers reviews, series information and Lexile, Accelerated Reader and Reading Counts measures.

Tumblebooks Access hundreds of picture books, puzzles and games from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Includes books in Spanish and French.

TumbleBookCloud An online collection of chapter books, non-fiction books, graphic novels, National Geographic videos, and audiobooks.

Parent-Teacher Collection

Our collection of Parent-Teacher materials assists parents with child development from infancy through adolescence. It includes a variety of learning resources and information for sensitive parenting issues.

Museum Adventure Pass

The Museum Adventure Pass program allows Helen Plum Library members to check out one pass per 7 days per family. For lending guidelines and to view a list of participating museums, please visit Museumadventure.org. Some museums use the pass for buy-one-get-one admission or completely free admission into the facility.

Hobbies On Display

Checkout the past Hobbies on Display! View current displays on our Facebook and Instagram pages by using #HobbiesatHelenPlum! Does your child have a collection or hobby? Sign up today for a display case in our Youth Services Department and dazzle all of Lombard! We'll showcase your collectables for an entire month.
