We are living in a confusing, stressful time. While it can be easy to feel overcome with worry and fear, the practice of meditation can help us find inner peace amidst the chaos. Join us for a talk on meditation, instructions on how to meditate and a short meditation during the program. Mark Young Ph.D, Professor Emeritus at the University of Central Florida, author and long time meditator will be our presenter.

You’ll need a computer, tablet or phone to join via Zoom. A Zoom meeting link with instructions will be emailed to you the week of the event.
