We are living in a confusing, stressful time. While it can be easy to feel overcome with worry and fear, the practice of meditation can help us find inner peace amidst the chaos. Join us for a talk on meditation, instructions on how to meditate and a short meditation during the program. Mark Young Ph.D, Professor Emeritus at the University of Central Florida, author and long time meditator will be our presenter.
