School Bag Request Form

All collection requests require at least 5 days notice and may not be submitted more than 2 weeks in advance.

Any request after 8:30pm on Monday-Thursday will not be looked at until 9am the following day.

Requests submitted after 5pm on Friday may not be looked at until the following Monday.
