Axis360 is Changing to Boundless

Get ready for a new-and-improved e-reading and audiobook listening experience! The Axis360 app and platform will be replaced by a new app called Boundless between September 26 and 27, 2023. We're excited to offer this updated experience to our cardholders!

What does this mean for me?

Save the dates for September 26 & 27

No action is required of you until on or after September 26 or 27. You won't be able to access Helen Plum Library materials on Boundless until after this date. Additionally, after September 26 or 27, you will no longer be able to read or listen on Axis360.

How to switch to Boundless

Axis360 website users

Between September 26 and 27, the Axis360 website will automatically redirect to the new Boundless site. Our library website will be updated with the new logo and link to reflect the change.

Axis360 app users

1. On or after September 26 or 27, follow the prompts to download the Boundless app. Boundless will be available on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Amazon.
2. Search for "Helen Plum Library" in the "Library's Name or City" box.
3. Enter your library card number.
4. Once you have transitioned over to Boundless, you can uninstall the Axis360 app from your device.

Once you log in, your checkouts, holds, history, and wishlist will carry over from Axis360 to Boundless. And while Boundless offers additional features and a more modern experience, the basics will remain the same.
