How do I use the Drive-up Window?

Use our convenient Drive-up Window to pick up your holds! When placing holds on your materials, choose the Drive-up Window location, and when your material is available, it will be ready to check out and go!

What is the process for picking up my materials? 

  1. When placing items on hold in our catalog, select “Helen Plum Drive-up Window” as your pick-up location.
  2. You will receive a notification via email, text, or voice call when your item(s) are ready for pick-up.
  3. When you arrive at the Drive-up Window, be sure to have your library card or ID ready, and we’ll check out your items for you!

Please note that the window is for pick-ups and returns only. For new library cards, renewing library cards, making payments, or other inquiries, please visit the Patron Services desk in the Library lobby.
