Helen Plum Library Foundation

Established in 2015 with the purpose of enhancing the library’s programs, services, and lifelong learning, the Helen Plum Library Foundation is an Illinois nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
