Signing Up to Receive Text or Voice Notifications
Our text and voice message services are available to notify you about:
- Holds that are available
- Items that are due soon, overdue, or renewable
The Library does not charge a fee for these services, but for text notices, regular text messaging rates apply.
A voice notification or text will be sent only when activity on your account triggers a message.
What do you need?
- For text notifications: A mobile phone with text messaging capability
- For voice notifications: A valid phone number
- The barcode number from your library card and the PIN for your account
