The Boundless app for eBooks and audiobooks will no longer be available due to the abrupt closure of its parent company, Baker & Taylor. Boundless users can expect the app to be unavailable starting Mon, Nov 17.
Dates to know:
- Effective immediately: Users are no longer able to place new holds in Boundless.
- Sun, Nov 2: Final day you can check out items in Boundless.
- Mon, Nov 17: The Boundless app will stop functioning and be fully retired.
If you have items on hold in Boundless:
The Library does not have access to your Boundless hold information and cannot transfer holds to other eReading apps. We suggest writing down the titles you have on hold and searching for them in Libby or Hoopla Digital.
What's next?
Information about a new eBook platform replacing Boundless will be coming soon. Helen Plum Library cardholders still have access to thousands of eBook and audiobook titles through the popular Libby and Hoopla Digital apps.
