Building Update as of April 8

This week, contractors started abatement work on both the 401 and 425 S. Main Street buildings.

We are currently in the bid process for the demolition portion of the New Helen Plum Library project, with bids due on April 13.
 
Demolition is scheduled to begin the second week of May and continue for about 5–6 weeks. Additional construction fencing will be installed around the perimeter of the properties prior to demolition.

We are also planning a groundbreaking ceremony for early June, details will be available soon.
