December 9, 2020 Presentation

The following was presented by the Engberg Anderson architect team to the Library’s Trustees during their Weds, Dec 9, 2020 board meeting. The slides include both exterior and interior renderings planned for the new building located at 401 S. Main St. The exterior designs are included with the Library’s petition recently submitted to the Lombard Planning Commission for zoning and permit approval. The exterior signage examples are placeholders and do not depict the final sign designs. The design of the interior layout of the building is also still being finalized. The included finishes are examples for staff consideration and not yet determined. Additional building designs and the construction timeline will be shared when they are updated.
