Joint News Release on Maple Street Properties

Representatives from our Library, the Lombard Park District, and Village of Lombard have been working collaboratively to develop agreements related to the transfer of several Maple Street properties currently owned by the Library.

Park to HPL: $350,000 towards demo of lot 40
Park to HPL: $168,000 for lots 43, 45, 46
$518,000 total

HPL responsible for demolition of building and Survey of property
