The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation for healing. Join Umesh Bhatia, long-time meditator, to discover the extraordinary effect of meditation on reducing stress-related responses, improving concentration, and enhancing clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, time-tested meditation technique.
