From Sat, Mar 1 through Mon, Mar 31, enjoy local photographer Shehla Khan’s exhibit featuring scenes of the American Southwest displayed in the Hub and on the 2nd Floor.

About the exhibit
Local photographer Shehla Khan’s passion for photography is equally matched by her passion for travel. Of the many places she has visited worldwide, the American West holds special fascination for her.

During her childhood in a small town in India, Shehla grew up watching Hollywood Westerns. When provided an opportunity to live and work in Arizona for several years, Shehla started capturing the unique beauty of the American West and Southwest.

This exhibit is her tribute to the rugged beauty of the Western states and the cowboy culture, which is still very much alive on the cattle ranches of Arizona. The landscape with its canyons, mountains, desert, and its people are truly unique to this world.
