Please note: Conference Room Reservations open 1 week ahead, while Meeting Room Reservations open 2 weeks ahead. Both have a maximum booking date of 12 weeks out.
Please note: The Conference Room has a maximum of 3 hours. The Meeting Rooms do not have a maximum, but are available up to 11.5 hours (building hours permitting) without room setup time.

Will you be serving food or drinks at your event?

Food or Drink Requirements: Light food service and beverages are permissible in our meeting rooms. A cleaning kit is available to ensure the room is left in clean condition.
