New Helen Plum Library Building Bonds Assigned 'AA+' Rating

We are pleased to share that S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to Helen M. Plum Memorial Library District, Ill.'s series 2021 general obligation (GO) alternate revenue source bonds. Our Board of Trustees will be able to set the bond amount based on the parameters resolution ordinance when it is approved at the May 2021 Board meeting. The bond proceeds will partially pay for the construction of a new library building.
