Exhibit Waiver and Release from Liability

In connection with the display on Helen Plum Library premises of certain property belonging to me as described in my Exhibit Request application, I understand, agree and acknowledge that:

Exhibitor Name

The property is displayed at my own risk.

I assume all risk of damage or loss to the property.

Neither Helen Plum Library nor any employee or agent of the same shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

I assume full responsibility for any loss or damage to the property which may occur during the period of display.

I hereby and forever release and discharge Helen Plum Library and its employees from all claims, damages, demands, rights of action, causes of action, present or future, resulting from or arising out of display of property.

I understand that obtaining insurance coverage, if any, concerning loss or damage of the property shall be my sole responsibility and obligation.

I understand that the duration and location of the display is completely at the sole discretion of the Library. This includes the Library’s right to display all, part or none of the items submitted.

I have read and agree with the terms noted in the Exhibit Policy and the Guidelines for Exhibitors
