Legal Notice: Request for Bids on Meraki Network Equipment

By authority of the Board of Library Trustees, sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on August 16, 2022, by the Board of Library Trustees of the Helen Plum Library District for Meraki Network Equipment.  Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be accepted.

Responses shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope marked as noted within the Bidding Documents on the outside and addressed to: Helen Plum Library, Attn: Meraki Network Equipment Bid, 110 W. Maple Street, Lombard, IL 60148.  Responses are to be mailed or hand delivered to the Helen Plum Library.

The Board of Library Trustees of the Helen Plum Library reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any or all technicalities in any bids in its best interest.

Bidding documents which include the list of equipment to be provided will be on file and may be obtained by bidders on August 3, 2022, after 9:00 a.m., through the Helen Plum Library Website:  https://www.helenplum.org/legal-notice-meraki-bid.  All communication should be directed to bids@helenplum.org.
